The Lelit Control Center, or LCC, adds repeatable programmable shot parameters that add to your espresso greatness when paired with flow control or on its own. Enable low pressure pre-infusion, set dwell time, and a late extraction pressure reduction to pull repeatable profiled shots using just the brew lever. - Easy Fill: A lot of us place our espresso machines under cabinets. The Bianca’s moveable water reservoir makes it easy to fill unlike many other E61 machines which have tanks in the back.
- Enjoy the Quiet: Lelit has gone above and beyond to reduce rattles and other noises made by espresso machines. It’s not necessary for better espresso, but it sure makes mornings a little more peaceful.

- One Step at a Time: With so many pathways to change it can be easy to change too many at once and get lost down a wrong path. Try making one change at a time and building up to the best shot.
- We Want More: With all this fancy tech, an option for programmable auto-on times would have been nice especially considering the long warm-up time.

Tips and Tricks
The Lelit Control Center (LCC) empowers you to take your shots to the next level with a host of customizable variables. Below is quick description of three important settings.
- Pre-Infusion: Think of the Pre-Infusion setting as a bloom or dwell time. Time On will set how long the pump initially runs and Time Off will set the bloom or dwell time before the pump resumes. During the bloom phase, water will not be released from the exhaust solenoid.
- Low Flow Start: This setting controls a special 3 position solenoid before the brew group. With Low Flow Start on, the solenoid will open halfway resulting in a softer infusion of water to the puck before fully opening to ramp up pressure.
- Low Flow Final: The inverse of Low Flow Start, the time on this setting will close the solenoid partway to reduce flow for the final portion of shot extraction.
