PID Temperature Control: A group-integrated thermoblock with electronic PID control offers exacting temperature settings.
Full-size Portafilter: A classic 58mm portafilter and a bevy of high-quality baskets ensures easy espresso prep with industry-standard accessories.
Adjustable OPV: An externally-accessible screw lets you set the max pressure the pump will push through your group head. In addition to giving you an extra parameter to play with, this opens up the Steel Uno to backflushing.
Advanced Programming: Set and save power saving, pre-infusion, dwell time, and shot length through the low-profile screen.
In-line Pressure Gauge: The face-mounted pressure gauge offers an easy view to brew pressure over the length of your shot.
Wood Furniture: The Steel Uno comes standard with walnut accents at its portafilter and steam knob.
